7.What is the ideal image size and resolution for my photo?
The ideal image or video size for your profile photo/video is 1024×1024, and the maximum file size is 20MB.
8.How do I change the color of my digital business cards?
The option to add a live photo or video to your card is available with any Ikvala.com digital business card subscription. Just like you would with a regular photo, tap the area of the card where you can upload a photo and select “Choose live photo or video.”
9.Can I edit my video once I add it to my card?
You can add a video to your digital business card if you have a premium subscription. Please complete any video editing before adding the video to your card—you won’t be able to edit your video in the app. Ikvala.com video height and width are 1024×1024 (anything else will be cropped). The maximum file size for any uploaded video is 20MB.
